Protecting Against the Realities of Substance Abuse

The event location has been changed to the school cafeteria.

Parents/guardians and their middle school and high school students are invited and encouraged to attend together a forum tomorrow evening led by P.R.O.T.E.C.T., a task force of the Unified Prevention Coalition of Fairfax County. Learn from hearing the personal stories of parents, young adults, and professionals about the dangers of substance abuse. Discover the signs and symptoms of teenage drug abuse, what preventive actions parents can take, and where to find supportive resources.

For more information, contact Jennifer Lewis-Cooper, P.R.O.T.E.C.T. coordinator, jalcooper@aol.com, 703-966-8304, or visit www.unifiedpreventioncoalition.org
