Madison Athletes Commit To Collegiate Progams

Students sign agreements with colleges and university lacrosse, baseball, crew programs

Several students have committed to continuing their athletic careers at colleges and universities across the country.

They include:

Savannah Bentley: American University
Caroline Comey:Indiana University
Tim Davis: Georgetown
Matt Livingston:Longwood
Megan Bisson: George Mason University

Graham, Favero, Davis and Livingston are all members of Warhawk baseball. Graham, a four-year varsity starter, plays first base and outfield; Favero, another four-year starter, plays at 2nd base and as a right handed pitcher.

Davis is a right handed pitcher and a back up middle infielder, and Livingston, a two-year starter, plays first base and outfield.

Coach Mark Gjormand said Favero and Graham were both first team all-conference the past two seasons.Tim Davis was a second-team all conference last year, he said.

The four helped Madison win

“Not only do these young men make me proud as excellent ball players, but they also demonstrate personal qualities of what it means to be a Madison Warhawk – responsible, respectful and hardworking," Gjormand said.
