I have had the great pleasure of Eugene's participating and volunteering as a Young Leader in the Delagate Surovell and Kris Admunsen Young Leaders Institute. Along with the other students, Eugene epitomizes the care, dedication to service in his community, and friendship we aspire to for our students and ourselves. Congratulations Eugene. Well deserved.
