Students hear from Vincent Gray's director of community affairs
Stephen Glaude, Director of Community Affairs for Washington, D.C Mayor Vincent Gray, spoke to a group of students and faculty at Madison High School on Wednesday morning.
Members of the school's College Partnership, Stepping Up Program and the Black Student Alliance listened to Glaude share his thoughts on leadership, commitment and excellence.
The lecture was part of Madison's "Political Leaders in Our Schools," series, which will feature School Board Member Ilryong Moon Oct. 26, and Hunter Mill District Sup. Cathy Hudgins on Jan.4.
