Students and parents are invited to the school's annual Fall Kickoff Festival on Tuesday.
The event, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the school at 2500 James Madison Dr., welcomes new and old students to the community in advance of the first day of school Sept. 6. Dinner will be provided by Baja Fresh or Vienna Inn.

- pick up their class schedules
- Buy pre-sale tickets for the Outback Bowl Football Game vs. Oakton
- Purchase athletic passes for the school year
- Purchase P.E. uniforms
- Purchase parking permits. "Seniors can purchase parking permits during the Fall Kickoff and during SAP and lunches the first two days of school (September 6 and 7, 2011). Seniors will receive a parking permit when the completed application with payment is accepted by the Security Office. Seniors that have unpaid obligations will not be issued a parking permit unless those obligations have been paid. Seniors that have been caught off campus will not be eligible for a parking permit. Juniors can apply for a parking permit on Thursday, September 8, and Friday, September 9, 2011. Parking will begin at Madison by permit only on Sept. 14."
