Ben does life 5K tour meetup

  •  Meet at the Caboose in Vienna on the W&OD trail. At the intersecti on of Dominion Rd NE and Church St
  • Come spend the Friday evening with the inspiring Ben Davis of Bendoeslife.com. We will be running, walking, biking, eating, celebrating and listening to music. 

    Fitness, fun, food and your Vienna family = Fabulous Friday!!

    We will set out on the bike trail toward DC and then head back to Whole Foods to grab something to eat. Bring your dinner to the town green and enjoy the finals of Vienna Idol.


    Walkers, runners of all ages and levels welcome. What a great way to kick off summer.
