President Obama will deliver the annual State of the Union address Tuesday at 9 p.m., laying out his legislative priorities. The 45-minute speech is followed by the GOP response. Check your TV listings or watch online.

All-American Girl: Time Travelers. Girls ages 6 to 9, on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., can learn about the most interesting eras in history through play with dolls. Practice the life skills girls needed in the past and relate them to the world in which you live now.
