Vienna Native Natalie York, Nearly Naked Run, Lynyrd Skynyrd + Sondheim

Vienna native Natalie York returns this weekend to perform at Jammin' Java.

  • (Nearly) Naked Runners. Boxers, sports bras and bikinis are suggested attire for the Nearly Naked Mile to benefit the Medstar Washington Hospital Burn Center. The first 800 registered runners get commemorative boxer shorts and winners in different categories win Naked Mile bathrobes. $30. On-site registration begins at 11 a.m. Saturday. Races begin at 2 p.m. Reston Town Center. 11900 Market St., Reston.

  • Feeling It. Vienna native Natalie York will be appearing at Jammin' Java on Friday, opening for Steve Forbert. Natalie is a singer-songwriter now based in Brooklyn, N.Y. On Saturday, soulful troubadour Foy Vance brings his Joy of Nothing Tour to Jammin Java this weekend. Vance is supporting his latest album, “Joy of Nothing,” including the single “Feel For Me.” From $12. 8 p.m. Saturday. Jammin Java, 227 Maple Avenue E., Vienna.   • Pop Rocks. Currently enjoying Top 40 success with “Still Into You,” Paramore will be offering more of its college-friendly sound at George Mason University, with help from Metric and Hellogoodbye. From $29.50. 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Patriot Center, 4400 University Drive, Fairfax. Also this weekend, Lynyrd Skynyrd.
  • Musical Theater Passion. Successful Broadway soprano Melissa Errico offers a unique performance of the music of Stephen Sondheim, along with other Broadway classics, in “A Passion for Broadway.” From $40. 7:30 p.m. Saturday. The Barns at Wolf Trap, 1635 Trap Road, Vienna.

  • Art Collection Steals. Bring your cash, but you might not need that credit card. Items for sale in the 100 Under 200 show at the McGuireWoods Gallery include pieces from 100 artists that are all under $200. New items will be rotated in weekly from Saturday thru Jan. 5. Visit the gallery as part of the 2nd Saturday Art Walk. Free. 6-9 p.m. Saturday. Workhouse Arts Center, 9601 Ox Road, Lorton.
