Spring Training games are now full speed ahead; Carlos Peguero homered for the second straight game and the Tigers took a no hitter into the eighth. A couple of contract extensions were signed.

The Padres signed Cameron Maybin to a 5-year, $25 million extension ($5 million per season).

Nationals prospect Bryce Harper was 1-3 in his spring debut.

The Tigers tossed a combined one-hitter against the Braves, holding them hitless until Jordan Parraz broke up the bid in the 8th inning.
