The reviews on Google made me very nervous about using them, there were some very negative comments and ratings on the Google reviews site that had me very stressed, so much so that I started wondering about a back-up plan. But thankfully, my experience was nothing but positive.
Just needed a couple tables, nothing fancy, and made the reservation through their website. Got a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. I e-mailed them on Thursday before the Saturday pick-up to confirm and also to get the time they oepned; they again responded within 24 hours.
Showed up Saturday morning to get my two tables, nice old gentleman at the counter took my ID, pulled up the reservation, and it was as easy as that. I was stressed I'd have to fight to return it on Monday since they're closed Sunday, but before I could even start on that topic, the man said "we're closed Sunday but open 7:30 on Monday, bring it back whenever on Monday." I told him I'd try to be there when they opened and he said "no worry, whenever you can is fine, anytime on Monday." No charge for Sunday, and no hassle.
When I dropped off the two tables, I went inside, they pulled up my reservation and gave me a return copy. When I walked back outside, the dock guys already had the two tables out of my pick-up and I was ready to go.
It was smooth from start-to-finish, and I had no issues whatsoever.
Another two-table rental (same as below review from Sept) and another easy Saturday pick-up and Monday drop-off.
