Worst experience ever with a cleaner. I had/have a 10% off coupon (which included leather cleaning it stated) so I took three leather coats to them for cleaning. I just picked them up and they would not honor their coupon because they have to send leather cleaning out to a service to do. I told the owner it specifically says good on leather but she said they still would not honor it. Instead she told me she was going to have the ad person remove that part from the ad. The customer service just kept getting worse. Too bad the new owners were able to purchase the good name of Connell's Valet after many, many years as a reputable business in Vienna. I will not frequent them and advise others to not support this business either. I actually give them zero stars.
