I cant imagine anyone patronizing this business. Elaine Roulidis the owner is one of the worst business owners let alone person I have come across in my short 30 something years. I witnessed her yell and berate customers and chase them into the parking lot still yelling and screaming. The facilities are atroucious ( filthy with no privacy- A CURTAIN?!) The treatment process was useless after 12 treatments ( Yes, sadly I stuck it out hoping for the best) probably due in part because of the inferior equiptment, one of those DIY for a couple hundred bucks, but I didnt realize until the end. But I knew it was truly amiss when I shoed up for one of my appointments to find the Vienna Police there asking questions. Elaine seems to go on these temper tantrums and I witnessed a few while going there for as long as I did. Not a good way to run a business. BAD owner, no one trained including owner in Laser, police and police records at the Town of Vienna, BAD reviews, crappy little office, No Privacy, dirty, and most important NO RESULTS. STAY AWAY!!

It is amazing that this business is still around, they have changed the name at least three times. The reviews on Yelp and Yahoo speak for themselves particularly the filtered ones at the bottom in light gray. First, Elaine Pristouris Rouldis the owner ( i know a friend of her mothers) has a very limited if non-exisitent skill set in the service industry and personal service, her electrolysis machines are over 10 and 15 years old( i know i was a client that long ago) and her laser machines are $200-350 units found on the web for people to use at home. The place is distusting and the staff is rude and unknowledgable, let alone qualified in laser treatment. Now they are giving massages, cant speculate specifically on that service as I wouldnt dare go there for that, but I can only imagine it is not on the up and up. Rude, unprofessional, ignorant and ghetto accomadations make this one a no brainer, need I say more? Oh yes, Stella Pristouris you should be ashamed and embarrased to what your daughter has done with your old business.

This place is horrible. A total waste of time and money. The owner is rude and doesn’t care about her clients. Just read the Yelp reviews and most importantly, read her responses to them. If you want to get laser treatment go somewhere else. After suffering through my laser hair removal I ended up with absolutely NO results.

FANTASTIC PRICES! I've had GREAT RESULTS! Elaine had such overwhelming response to her recent series of specials that she has added a receptionist and 2 laser hair removal technicians, both RN nurses. I disagree with some of the comments below. Elaine is highly credentialed (see above) and has almost 20 years experience in electrolysis and then later adding laser hair removal when it became available. Her IPL lasers are all less than 1 year old, and I found them very comfortable. If you are looking for friendly staff, good results, and very reasonable prices...this is the place!

The reviews and the information you have read are accurate, Elaine has no formal or informal training in laser treatment.( meaning you the client are the test rats). She seems to be running ads everywhere( buy with me, groupon,specialaiscious, your best deal, mamapedia, etc) in order to cash in before everyone finds outs she is unqualified, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Save your money, go somewhere else, I wish someone had warned me.

In my opinion this business is a waste of money. I could recommend other places in the NOVA area to get laser hair services. Read the FILTERED reviews at the bottom of her Yelp page. I also 100% agree with both of these reviews (AND all of those on other review sites ). The one positive review this place gets anywhere is obviously written by Elaine. Sad. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. NEVER go to this place!!!

I agree 100% with the previous reviewer. She is very unprofessional and extremely rude. The process is extremely painful and she does not use numbing cream. I was literally crying during my session because it was so painful, yet she did not stop or offer any solution. She has terrible people skills and her office/room looks very unsanitary. Do not buy the numerous coupons she is offering on all these groupon-like sites.

Even after going through all the pain of the laser, I still have not seen any shedding of the hair that has been lasered. Pleaes save your money and take it somewhere else more reputable. There is a reason why you can hardly find any reviews for this place. She probably deletes them all.

Just think about it. Why there is no picture of her room. It's just a small room in a hair salon, that's it. It's not even clinic. She's not professional and so mean. Terrible service, don't go.
