Trousseau has the most amazing underwear! even in my size H cup. They always give such a personal service that you just don't find anywhere else. I couldn't believe that they do such pretty and comfortable things in my size that i simply just cant get anywhere else, and to top it of they do alterations free of charge, i couldn't ask for more!

I bought four bras and went to return them the next day with the tags still attached from the original purchase. I got to the counter and was told that I could return the bras for in store credit only. No refund. I even spoke to a manager and was told that I would not be getting my money back even after communicating that this wasn’t an acceptable option. If I would have known that the store had no refund policy I would never have bought their unimaginable ugly bras. What happened to customer service and the customer getting their money back? This store is hiding behind a stupid policy that is on the bottom of the purchase receipt instead of putting the customer first. If it weren’t for the customer they wouldn’t be in business. I hope you enjoy your stolen money.
