See International Space Station Tonight
Space station will fly above the Vienna area between 9:47 and 9:50 p.m. Monday
If you look at the sky later this evening, there's a good chance you'll be able to see the International Space Shuttle from your own Vienna back yard. ABC7's weather blog reports the shuttle will fly over Northern Virginia just before 10 p.m. Monday night. According to Heavens Above, the shuttle will appear low in the northwest sky at 9:47 p.m. By 9:50 p.m., the shuttle will become brighter and appear about 45 degrees above the horizon. It will be close to the moon around 9:48 p.m. For more information, read the full story here. Are you capturing pictures of the shuttle? Post them here or email them to erica.hendry at patch.com
